All In was founded by Farah Sheikh and Hilary Gridley. We both work at the intersection of social change and technology. Like you, we are deeply distressed as we read about the fallout from the Trump administration’s zero tolerance party. We wanted to find a way to help people move beyond the typical actions we’re told to take in times of crisis—donate, call your representatives, and protest. We believe the most impactful thing a person can do to make a difference is mobilize their communities to come together. With the help of LA-based designer Jessee Fish, we designed a t-shirt and an action guide to facilitate the 1:1 conversations that enable this kind of organizing.
About The Young Center
The mission of the Young Center for Immigrant Children’s Rights is to promote the best interests of unaccompanied immigrant children with due regard to the child’s expressed wishes, according to the Convention on the Rights of the Child and state and federal law. The Young Center’s goal is to change the immigration system so that children in immigration proceedings are recognized as children, and best interests are made a part of the decision making process.
